Difficult part of our journey |

Getting out of Kuwait has proven to be one of the most difficult parts of our journey. For the past 24 hours, we’ve been attempting to get a flight into Baghdad to begin our processing. We won’t be able to meet up with the Soldiers of the 165th until we’re able to fly into Iraq. Folks at the terminal have us on standby for every flight, but so far – no dice. We’re hoping for a flight – so we can begin our work. Right now – it’s just sit and wait, and that’s really all we can do. However, we’re hopeful that we’ll get on a flight very soon.
