Featuring Italian/Mediterranean Style Landscaping for the Showcase Home. Zoysia grass was utilized, and large, lusterleaf hollys were planted around the home. Large fruit trees are the focal point in the courtyard and crushed limestone with large Mediterannean-style slate is implemented around the limestone. A large olive jar is showcased in the back of the home. The Showcase Home landscaping will give one the feeling that they are at an elegant home in Italy.
